Access by Road

Coming from the South (via Mornas): Exit the A7 motorway at Orange Centre. You will be going through 3 roundabouts in Orange while following signs to Centre Ville. Make a right in the first, go straight in the second, then a left in the third roundabout. Some 100 meters after the third roundabout make a left following signs to “Piolenc”. After this left turn you will drive by a large Arc de Triomphe. Leaving Orange on the N7, just after the Pont de l'Aigues bridge, take to the right the direction Serignan on the D976. Then take the first left towards Uchaux on the D11. After 5 km, make a left immediately after the village of Uchaux (onto Route d'Uchaux) and continue on the same road for 3 km until you see a small sign to La Gayanne turning right. Then after 40 meters take the first to the right. Our house is the third property on the left side.

Coming from the South (via Uchaux): Alternatively, when leaving Orange on the N7, continue on this road past the villages of Piolenc and Mornas. Make a first right (under a bridge) immediately after you have passed Mornas (dont make a turn into the village center of Mornas). Follow this road (Route d'Uchaux) for 2.8 km until you see a small sign to “La Gayanne” turning left. Then after 40 meters take the first to the right. Our house is the third property on the left side.

Coming from the North: Exit the motorway at Bollène, direction Nyons on the D8 (2 km). Then take to the left the D994 (1,5 km). Next, make a right in direction Uchaux D12 (7 km), and turn right onto Route d'Uchaux when approaching the village of Uchaux. From there same as above.

Access by Air

The nearest international airports are in Marseille and Nimes, which are both less than 1 hour drive away, or Nice, which can be reached in 2.5 hours. In addition, Avignon has a domestic airport, which is 40 minutes away by car.

Access by Rail

The TGV travels from Paris to Avignon in less than 3 hours. You can travel from London on the Eurostar and connect onto the TGV in either Lille or Paris. Check Eurostar or TGV for more information.

Car rental

Marseille, Nimes and Nice airports, as well as Avignon railway station all have the usual suspects of car rentals to offer.

Airport or railway collection service

We will be able to arrange for our caretakers to collect you at the airport or railway station and drive you to our house if desired.
